The move that delayed

Was moving from my place to a new apartment and enlisted the services of Mini Moves. On day of move. They were 2 hours late, the lady that I dealt with was very unprofessional, I constantly had to call and check where her driver was and she dropped the the phone on me. No call back to apologise and when I asked to speak to her boss she refused and said he was not in. I have never been dealt with so unprofessionally, livid
