Abominable Service

I contracted mini movers to move goods from Johannesburg to Louis Trichardt. When it came to performing they wanted to send a bakkie to do a trucks delivery. As a sign of good faith I prepaid in full weeks. When I realised that the vehicle was too small they refused to send a larger vehicle. The owner eventually agreed to give me a 50% refund. This has not happend even after numerous calls. I called Red Trucks who charged me R1000 more and sent a 5 ton truck as ordered. They arrived on time and delivered on time. Stay away from Mini Movers
