Missing television

In March 2014,I requested for storage facility with Mini Movers . I entrusted my property with Mini Movers for a year and was always up to date with my storage fees. On 5 October 2015, the truck arrived to deliver the property and the driver demanded payment before they could off load the goods. After receiving the payment the driver then informed me that the television was missing. I informed the Manager at Mini Movers that my television had not been delivered. They requested for proof of purchase invoice for the television, which I submitted . It has been three months since the promises by the Managing Director that they would try and locate the missing television.<br> <br> There was an attempt to replace my television with a used television ,which they claimed had equivalent value to the lost t.v. However I declined receipt of the used t.v as they wanted me to sign a final settlement document. I have requested to be reimbursed for the replacement value of the t.v, as agreement was that that the storage fees that I paid included insurance premiums.<br> It has been 3 months since the incident and when I follow up ,I don't get positive responses as to when I will be reimbursed.
