MINI MOVERS the

An apalling finish to a 5 week saga over my expensive wood Dining table top damaged by them in storage with my other furn for 9 months. Got their 'wood guy' Paul to 'fix' it brought it back after 3 weeks ruined - no patina, veneer stripped burn/scorch marks as if it has been sanded. I rejected it on the basis they repair it properly. Finally after numerous fone calls by me over last 2 weeks - not 1 from Vanessa who is always sooo busy to reply - I find out today table is still in their warehouse! This after Vanessa's assurance last Friday that table was being returned to Paul (again tooo busy to deal with this & family emergency etc) for veneer to be replaced & Paul would fone to discuss modus operandi. Spoke to Paul later who knew nothing about this. Vanessa has now backtracked - & this woman appears to have major problem with any truth - having discussed this with Paul (hello when?) & THEY feel it would be a waste of time & too expensive to repair - she did her best paid Paul a lot of money for the repairs (hello again what repairs its' ruined) there's nothing more to do & if I read the small print they are not actually responsible for anything that happens! Oh yes was also missing a leg from my armchair - 2 weeks to bring me that without the *****!
