Broken incomplete dolls house

We ordered a dolls house for my daughters birthday. The house is not completed- it is not painted inside and there are also parts of the outside that are not painted. The doors are not painted, the attic windows etc. We ordered a lighting kit- there was no lighting kit included. The house also is damaged and we have had to ***** and nail it back together in order for my daughter to play with it. I have tried to contact the supplier but he has not rep****.
