Mini & French Citi - selling wrong parts and refuses to refund

In April 2019 I ordered a ball joint for my car from you; Mini and French Citi. On the 5th of April 2019 a car part was delivered. A colleague of mine paid for it with money I left as I was not in for work that day. An amount of R1725.00 was paid for the part and also an amount of R270.00 for the delivery.

On the 6th of April 2019 I came in and saw it was the wrong part. So I called you and I told you that you delivered a hub instead of a ball joint. Promises were made to ecchange the part but after driving up and down to you, nothing was ever resolved.

After numerous attempts to get a refund nothing happened, in November 2019 my daughter had enough and posted a review on your page, she then took it off after promises made by your manager Lee that he will look into this matter, but once again they were just empty promises.

Up until today, the 18th of August 2020 nothing has been done and no promises was kept. I still have not recieved a car part or a refund.

It is with utmost disgrace towards your company that I'm writing this review. It is more than a year ago and after numerous occations and blatant lies you leave me with no other choice. I have to post that the type of servive I recieved from Mini and French Citi was very poor and indispicable.

I will not reccommend you to anyone! I honestly feel that this is the way your company operates by taking money wrongfully for that wrong car part and then thereafter endless stories of refusing to give a refund. This is totally unexceptable and I find it highly unprofessional.
