BAD SERVICE- still waiting for a part I paid for

I brought and transferred an amount of R896 to Mini & French Citi which was for a left side fender for a Mini Cooper. The guy (Neish)who assist me was quick and assured me with in three working days I will receive the part which was on the 29 May 2019. I even forwarded him proof of payment. A week later am still waiting for the part. I requested him to forward me the tracking number so I can track my parcel, am waiting. Am really sad and frustrated as am based in Limpopo, I hope will receive the part I paid for.
