POOR SERVICE, DAMAGES TO CAR

I bought a car from Mini Menlyn at the end of March. After the contract was signed I waited two weeks for collection. At first I was suppose to collect the car on the Friday, but then it was postponed unit Monday and then Tuesday. <br> <br> I then took it back to get protective film and smash and grab. The protector film lifted and person who did it scratched both my mirror caps and left a bottle in my engine!!!!!<br> <br> I left it there 28 March 2015 before 8.00 am. They had to fix my mags that had damages, and the mirror caps. I was told I will definitely have the car back by Thursday 30 March 2015. Today is 6 May 2015 and I am still waiting. <br> <br> This is not acceptable at all!!!
