My 1st and last Mini!

I have had the worst expereince ever with regards to my vehicle. I have always praised Mini and was proud to drive one. Last year in Oct (2014) my vehcile started giving trouble and eventually landed up cutting out on me and the headlights would sometimes work and other times I would be left with 1 headlight. Each time Mini Rocks would \replace the bulb"";I AGAIN pay about R13k for the new reason... and wait for it... a month later... It happens again! This time I almost get taken out by a truck as my car cut out in the middle of the container terminal enterance. I called the Service Manager and got such attitude speaking to me as if I was a stupid naive women that was clueless about cars... newsflash I work in the industry and I know when I am being taken for a ride. Ther are no other places I can take my car for services.... so I am at the mercy of these idiots. I fear for my safety when driving my own car. This service failure should not be let off lightly. My next upgrade wont be a Mini. Not after this! """
