motorplan terms is unacceptable

i own a mini one which has a GFV that expires in Feb 2016. the car is also on motorplan which expires in Aug 2015. Mini SA/BMW SA DOESNT allow for an extension of just 6 months. i have to purchase a motorplan for 12 months pay for it and only use it for 6 months and not get my 6 month money back. Is that a total ******* to clients and you expect me to continue supporting this company. i find this unacceptable and i will be reporting this ripoff to the Motor Industry Ombudsman
