I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO NOT RECEIVE THE FIVE STAR RATING SERVICE THAT MINILegends@ZAMBESI BRAG ABOUT ON THEIR WEBSITE!

My experience with MINI Legends@ZAMBESI was fine until I showed up at the dealership to sign my contract and collect my car. I was very excited to purchase a MINI Cooper, but my experience has turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your service in hopes you can help remedy the situation.

I have a list of outstanding issues:

1. I traded in my old vehicle and the sales rep and myself agreed telephonically on a certain trade in amount. On the day of collecting the vehicle at the dealership I was asked to fill out some forms/documents. No problem. Suddenly it was sprung upon me that the agreed trade in value will not be honoured in full. They would be paying R7000 less. This to me is a lot of money. I didn't take this lightly - the sales rep calmed me down and promised to sort the issue out.

2. I received a call from ABSA - who I financed my trade in with saying that my account was not paid up. That I owe an additional R3000 on the account. I receive this call 5 months after the settlement for my trade in was paid. My account has been forwarded to legal collections. This effects my CREDIT RECORD. Which was excellent upon applying for my MINI finance. An excellent score of 926. Mind you scoring ranges from 0 to 999. I am very careful with my credit scoring and I am very upset with this as it misrepresents my character or profile.

3. I have not received the documents that I signed at the dealership, which were promised to be sent through.

4. I was promised a free smash and grab. I have not received it.

What would I like to happen? I would like MINI Legends@ZAMBESI to honour their word and stop lying to customers. I would like to be paid the R7000 shortfall, sort out my settlement and to get my smash and grab!
