Disgrace

<p>My Family and I have been BMW and Mini drivers for years now. I bought my second Mini brand new in 2014 with a 3 year motor plan but little did I know i was paying for a brand new 2014 model (price of brand new car) and a motor plan that was running since 2013. I am completly disgusted with Sandton Auto: 1. they sold me a brand new car with a 2013 motor plan which is now coming up in October only realizing this about 2 months ago. 2. I have been dealing with sandton auto with this problem for 2 months now and they obviously are not taking it seriously - to me this is *****!!! I am now put in a position to either sell my car earlier then expected and have a shortfall or pay for a motor plan. This should not be my problem. I for one will never promote the Mini or Sandton Auto as a dealership - This is an absolute digrasce. I have not heard from anyone and when we do arrive at their offices its just another problem they would like to sweep under the table!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
