Customer service, help and answers do not seem to be a priority for MINI Leo Haese Centurion!
Had the most terrible experience with MINI Leo Haese Centurion, from the Sales department onto top management. I purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper S from this store in December 2017, they did not hand over the spare key at the time and assured me that this was going to follow.. After constant follow-ups with them, it was discovered in May 2018 that this car had an engine replacement and that it was not cleared by the police, which now infringes on my right to an informed decision under the Consumer Protection Act. The dealership and management do not feel that they have done anything wrong by not disclosing this to me, and up until now, I have received no apology for the people involved, it almost looks like they do not feel that by they excluding this in my offer to purchase was wrong on their part nor can an explanation be provided as to why a car would have an engine replaced a year after being manufactured!! Absolutely appalled and disgusted that a recognised dealer such as this can treat its customers this way!!
