Contact us and we ignore you

I recently sold my new Audi A3 due to poor service in Somerset West. I ended up going back to Mini as I have owned them before, are good cars and service is good. I wanted to purchase all weather carpets, called some branches in the Cape and everyone says NO we do not stock it. So I contacted Mini head office in SA via their website and till today, two months later, NO response. Besides that my mini also needs a replacement for it't speedometer (central part) and was promised weeks ago. No one bothers to call me to inform me what is going on. I have again to run after them and ask what is going on. Seems there is NO good service in SA at any Auto dealer. I ended up importing the all weather carpets myself to great expense. Speedometer...call again today to find out and they will again get back to me. <br> <br> Regards<br> Kobus
