BOGSTANDARD SERVICE

On Monday 2 November at 1pm I hit a pothole on returning home from Badplaas to JHB. I called Bruma Auto who gave me the contact no for Mini Assist and advised me they would bring me a loan wheel. After 90 mins someone brought the incorrect wheel and left never coming back to me. After to and fro and dealing with 3 different agents as the others had gone home I was taken to a B&B for the night. My frustrations are: I dealt with 3 different agents who gave no handover to each other. How Mini Assist get the wheel wrong is dumbfounding. Because of this I had to pay extra in Middelburg but would have gotten the wheels cheaper in JHB. The driver never ever came back to me after bringing the incorrect wheel. I sourced my own wheels in Middelburg. I had to advise the agent which tow company they had used... they never had record where they were sending my 300 000 car . On request Geraldine sourced a B&B then told me the tow truck driver would take me and my daughter there but the tow driver wasn't informed of this and we had to find the place ourselves. I have always praised Leo Haese and Bruma Auto for their excellent service but Mini Assist has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
