BAD SERVICE AGAIN

I called in 2 weeks before to book in my car and asked for a catesy car since I have a doctor's appointment the same day. I also made a follow up call to remind them about the catesy. After calling the next day to remind them about the catesy car i'm told there are no cars. Everytime I book in my car I have to \fight"to get a catesy car.
