AMAZING SERVICE!!!! WOW!!!!

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p>On Friday afternoon after work (the branch was closing in 10 minutes), my husband and I walked into the MINI Menlyn branch and we were helped by Robin Theys.</p> <p>WOW! The service we received was OUT of this world!</p> <p>I just wanted to look at a MINI that I saw on Autotrader, but when I saw it I fell in love with the car.</p> <p>Robin put a hold on the car as we could only go for a test drive the following day. But I was already sold. Robin never made us feel obligated to buy the car, but he wanted us experience MINI. It was amazing!</p> <p>Robin treated us like we were buying the most expensive car on the floor, and we were in fact buying the least expensive car on the floor. And apart from that, he was SOOO helpful, patient (and trust me, he needed to be, because we had lots of requests and queries) and willing to help – always! He is fast when he responds to mails and always friendly over the phone and in person!</p> <p>He is a true gem! Thank you so much!</p> <p>We also received wonderful service from Alet Erasmus, once again all the same amazing attributes, friendly, patient and she responded very quickly to our mails and queries! Thank you!</p> <p>Being able to purchase a car is in itself a huge privilege and not at all a right, but getting such excellent service, made the experience a very memorable one! Thank you so much to Robin, Alet and MINI!</p>
