Reported a broken rubber part 3 months after buying my car it's 9 months later I still haven't received feedback. The receptionist is always not available. Denise is ALWAYS not available. After getting hold of Denise who hanged up the phone on me and telling me she doesn't know anything about my query. Called back pearl who said she is busy will another client after I waited for over 2 months for her to call me back.
