cant trust data
<p>recently our company decided to switch to a program called MineRP.</p> <p>this is not a nice program for drafting or surveyors.</p> <p>data gets lost contionously and there is ongoing issues all the time. the program is also very slow. </p> <p>not user friendly</p>

We are also aware of the calls that you have logged with our service desk, and I'm being assured that we are handling the issues you have reported well within the parameters of our Service Level Agreement.
Having said that, I would like to invite you to contact me personally should you feel that we are not performing according to the letter or the spirit of our agreement, or if our product suite does not deliver the business value you expected.
