The contractor, Fili Milagry Lamena, was scheduled to finish work within 4 weeks, and the project was not done 5 months, during which he never came to make inspection while his workers were cutting corners and doing the work out of scope

The contractor, Fili Milagry Lamena, was scheduled to finish work within 4 weeks, and the project was not done 5 months, during which he never came to make inspection while his workers were cutting corners and doing the work out of scope. I communicated and my concerns were not addressed. While he claims he is a registered NHBRC builder, the workers he got were not, and it appeared he randomly sourced from the streets. This was evident based on the poor quality of work performed to which I have evidence of and wish to share. The very same workers he neglected on site without payment and food. This was a huge loss on my side, and I do not recommend him at all. Please do a thorough due diligence on this company.
