Minefil construction came through to do some construction and renovation work for me. It is sad to say that even though he calls himself an NHBRC builder, they lacked the competence to carry out the work. He doesn't have his own team or tools and he depends on the tools that the workers he brings from the street have. He is very well spoken and you are easily misled. I eventually chased him away and he never returned my money that he took as a deposit for material. That was part of my pension. A few days later, the guys he got of the street came to me and said that they weren't paid. PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
