************* and manipulative contractor

This has been one of the most ********* experiences I have ever had. Minefil was asked to do a first floor slab. He brought half the formwork, got guys to set it up and then asked for payment saying that the balance of the formwork will come the next day. He then came through the next day saying that he needs more money as where he hired the formwork, the owner wanted a bigger down payment before giving him the last bit of formwork. He then insisted I put in a pay and clear transaction and created a great deal of urgency. After that payment he never came back. I would call him, he would string me along but he never came back. He even promised to refund a portion of the money but its been months since and he still insists on stringing me along. He also didn't pay the owner of the formwork and he also didn't pay the guys that he brought through to work. I tried to trace him at the address he gave as well as the addresses that he provided on other platforms online but he is nowhere to be found. He is sadly no builder. He also uses different names across different platforms. Be very careful of him. He is very manipulative, dishonest and untraceable. He calls himself an NHBRC builder but he is *********** and can't even read the plan. He was very dependent on the guys he brought to work and didn't pay them for those two days. It was a big loss for me. PLEASE DO NOT USE OR TRUST HIM.
