claims

I was retrenched late last year November,1st week of December I put a claim with provident fund and they told me my papers were In order I will get my money in 4 to 8 weeks, the last past month I have been told that they have deposited the money into my account and it's been reversed for 5 X now and on Tuesday I called they told me they paid my money with the wrong code and I should check with them today (Friday) and I did they told me now to fax a bank statement as they only have for last year this is frustrating now as I don't have a definite answer as to what is really wrong with paying my money .Please help me
