Worst experience ever
I contacted Mine Africa/Bayaan Safety World for a quote on PPE clothing for our staff. We received the quote and we made payment. We ordered from them because 2 of our other businesses are using them. There was no VAT on the quote and we assumed that vat was inclusive as the law states : Under local tax rules, if a registered vendor fails to show VAT separately, the total price stated is legally treated as already including VAT. They were not willing to honor the quote and we requested a refund.

They are unprofessional, I ordered and paid for PPE and they didn’t notify me that they outsource the goods from another supplier and when I requested for a refund , they are refusing to pay me back the money for the goods they didn’t deliver
