Shift your own mid to better client care
When a well known and supposedly highly recommended financial planner ignores your request for contact, and fails to return your call (he promised to make contact for a suitable call time) from 9 January, posts your personal information via a screenshot of your whatsapp conversation on social media on a huge group with thousands of members. Here, he berates me for not blue ticking messages which is MY personal choice, instead of apologising and owning up to his negligence and poor customer service. I'm flabbergasted. Guess you've lost a client, and tarnished your own reputation with your highly irregular and unprofessional behaviour.
