Bad payers Minathi Consulting CC

I have rented oit property to them since Sept 2017 and at first everthing went well. Since 2018 the rental for 3 months have not been paid and nobody reaponse on there emails nor the phone calls i make to Nhlakanipho Mhumelelo, occupant of the accommodation, Mr Mthimkhulu, person in charge and accountant Mr Vejay. The owners are not impressed as it has been a months to month and no written lease was in place
