Portia Roimes did not assist me for over a year and refused to pay me back my money went as far as saying it was just 2.4k and yet to me it’s not just a 2.4k it’s R2850

I paid Mimshack, run by Portia Rooimes, on the 27 March 2025 to repair my credit report. As of April 2026, the agreed service has not been delivered. She kept on making empty promises about refunding my money went as far as lying that I was impatient she already refunded my colleague who referred me to her not knowing I have proof that she never refunded her the money.

I have requested a refund due to non-delivery of service. Ms Rooimes has refused to refund me.

I have proof of payment and all communication. I am posting this review to warn others and to request that Mimshack either deliver the service as paid for, or issue a full refund immediately.
