Companies that take accountability

A few weeks ago I wrote a review about this same company as I was very unhappy with how slow things were in regards to my dealings with them. I would like to state now that after a series of disagreements and miscommunication ,Portia, the company owner worked tirelessly to resolve my credit profile. What I would like everyone to note is the fact that ,after writing a very bad review about her company, she took accountability ,accepted her mistake and worked hard to correct where she went wrong. She did not take it personally that I was unhappy with how the business order between myself and her company was. My only advice to Portia is that she must communicate more so that issues can be resolved sooner. But she is a humble and good person ,so her business does do what she says they do.
