I paid Mimshack, run by Portia Rooimes, in March 2025 to repair my credit report. As of April 2026, the agreed service has not been delivered. When I saw no changes in October 2025 I started enquiring and requesting for a refund she told me she will refund me on the 1 February 2026 she never did it was a story after another story till this date I have requested a refund due to non-delivery of service. Ms Rooimes has refused to refund me. I have proof of payment and all communication.
