I can’t even begin to describe how defeated I am , after 2 months of trying to get the service I paid for or a refund the owner keeps promising to deliver and ignores my request. I probably wouldn’t be so angry if she did not keep promising to return my calls and get back to me for my appointment but I really don’t understand how they even run this business. Very ********* and disgusting, we try to support small start-ups and they don’t even try to be professional or provide the services we pay for, you can’t lie to a customer and think you will get away with it , it’s unacceptable.
