Stay away from Mimmos Paulshof be warned

We have had 2 experiences with Mimmos Pizza and both were bad. Our first experience was my sons birthday. I ordered the childrens food first and a bit later ordered for the adults. one childs food arrived, I then asked about the other 2 childrens food. The adults food arrived with one childs meal. Again I had to enquire as to where the last childs food was. it took over an hour for a plate of macaroni cheese to arrive, I had a grumpy hungry child to deal with. We didn't complain as the restaurant was new and we put down the bad service to teething problems. Our second bad experience was when we ordered take away pizza. I placed the order at 6.48 and the food finally arrived at 8.22. We had to phone 3 times to find out where our order was. We live next door and the delivery could of been walked over. There was no apology or call to advise that our order was going to be late. there was a special for half price pizza and the restaurant hadn't planned or accommodated for this. our food took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it finally did it was cold. I find this kind of service totally unacceptable and wont order from Miimmos again.
