SHANTEL MANAGERS BEHAVIOUR

i was very very dissapointed at mimmos gateway today by the manager her name is SHANTEL ,she handled our situation with such brutality and i felt the ************** she perfomed infront of us ...she iltreated our waiter THABANI in front of us ..ill be suprised if she didnt fire the poor guy ...the level of unproffessionalism she showed was scary it left us very uncomfortable ..and the fact that she disciplines her staff infront of customers and threatens their jobs infront of us is discusting ....she could of rectified the miss understanding with us even or with her waiter proffessionally...we asked to to speak to her more than 4 times n she ignored us....she needs training on treating her staff becaus if she continues like this it will look bad on mimmos
