Serving customers off food - disgusting service from a manager at the store and wasted family time

Dear owner,

On the 13/10/19 my family and I had gone to your restaurant and ordered 4 pizza's as a take away. We orders the mexicana, pulled pork, meat ***** and Pompeii after we got our order we left and headed home. When we got home we sat down and starting dishing up for the kids 1st and then the adults. We had noticed that the pizza we were eating had (off sausages) on the pizza. We then called the Douglasdale mimmos and my husband spoke to the manage at the store that same night. My husband asked the manager for he’s cell number to send him pictures of the (off sausages) The manager had apologized and said he would go to the kitchen and check if anything was wrong with the sausages and call us back. He then called back and confirmed that the sausage was gone bad he apologized again and said he would like for us to come in for a meal to apologize on behalf of Mimmos. On the 17 Oct the same manage called asking my husband which day would we like to come in. My husband then confirmed that it would be the 18 Oct at 6pm. We got to mimmos around 6:35pm, sat down with our family and started to settle in. My husband had asked the waiter to get the manager that he spoke over the phone to please come to our table and to show him the sausage we had taken off the pizza to show him. The manager had taken about 20 minutes to get to our table and the store was not busy. He then says to my husband that he will give us a discount on our meal. Which was not the arrangement that was made over the phone due to us not asking the restaurant or kitchen staff making our pizza’s with (off sausages) on our pizza which we paid for. I then asked the manager why he was not assisting us as we called sent pictures on the 13 Oct which was proof and spoke to him on the 13 Oct 2019. He had bluntly ignored me looking at the other manger that was with him on the 18th Oct. After asking us to come in on Friday. Both managers are both standing in the store not coming up with an understanding, my husband said the managers saying just refund us for the 4 pizza's we ordered. Which they both did not want to do. This was such disgusting service and degrading to Mimmos. I have been going to Mimmos for many years and this was the 1st time that we ever experienced such bad bad service. I never been to any restaurant where we were ever served (off food) Had we not seen that the sausages were off me and my entire family would have all been admitted to hospital the 13 Oct 2019 for food poisoning.
