serving alcohol to minors

I had noticed a group of minors well below the age of 18 (according to my discretion-being an educator i would assume my judgement correct)drinking and creating a loud scene at the last table at the back of the restaurant . I then asked to speak to the manager who said that she had just come in and was unaware .upon which she sent the waitress to inquire their ages and within minutes the children had left.it is shocking that the mangers on duty(one who apparently just walked in and the other who was extremely busy with his paper work)needs to told of the legalities regarding children and alcohol.children are opportunists and they rely on our judgement and guidance.<br> When leaving mimmos i asked for managers name...he refused to disclose this to me.
