Same mistake twice... Really?

Used to be my favourite restaurant ever!!!!! Been to the 1 in suncoast , we ordered The seafood pizza and found the plastic was still on the calamari , when complained to the manager he said that he will have another made and will make sure this doesn't happen again , but guess what?? the 2nd pizza did have it... So what service is this really ? Will never go back there again and so will my family and friends not be visiting , food is not like it used to be.
