Rotten meat with worst attitude from the Manager

I am still in shock on how a manager can try by all means to prove that the food served was rotten whereas 4 people smelled it and it was rotten. To top it all, the attitude he gave surely shows he has no idea what customer service is. I will never, ever buy food from the Rosebank branch. How do you do that and have no sense of apology towards your client. I can bet you will be closing down very soon cause of your attitude and lack of respect for your customers.
