****roach in my pizza

<p>Disgusted and disappointed with the service at your Mimmos Faerie Glen branch, we find a ****roach in our pizza box while in the restaurant and the manager just takes the box and walks away. Feels no need to apologize to us at all as if he is doing us a favour by serving us, he has a bad attitude and it's disgusting. We have been loyal customers of the establishment and previous management had built a good relationship with us, it is appalling to be treated this way after such a long time coming to the restaurant. Absolutely unacceptable and I don't think anyone would find it not a big deal when finding a ****ROACH in their food but no not at Mimmos Faerie Glen, it seems to be normal. #TrulyDisappointed</p>
