Poor Service and Poor Quality at Mimmos Musgrave

I went to redeem my Groupon voucher for 4 large pizzas at Mimmos in Musgrave. The restaurant was empty with just one customer standing at the counter to also redeem her Groupon voucher. A long story short: I had to wait 1hr 15min for my pizzas and this was after several queries with the manager. During this time several other people also arrived to redeem their vouchers. Finally.....when I did receive the pizzas, 1 was stone cold. All-in-all the pizzas were of extremely, extremely more quality. I guess this type of service and quality explains the empty restaurant!!! And promotions such as Groupon is a last attempt to keep afloat a struggling business....
