Pathetic Service and Poor Food Quality

We ordered from Mimmos Douglasdale and asked them to deliver the food to our residence.

When the driver arrived, he only brought the pizzas - not the chocolate brownies which were ordered. I phoned the franchise and I was told the driver will go back to the store to fetch the brownies and then drop them off by us - no explanation was given as to why these weren't delivered the first time around.

The brownies eventually arrived, but we were shocked to discover that they appeared to be frozen and stale. The nuts in the brownies tasted stale, and the cream that came with them was sour.

In addition to this, the pizzas hardly had any mozzarella cheese, and the one pizza wasn't even sliced - it had to be broken apart.

We were really not impressed with the quality of food, considering the bill was close to R400!

I am really disgusted with the poor good quality and terrible service we received!
