Pathetic delivery - or interest in customers

I phoned and ordered takeaways for delivery last night from Mimmos Senderwood- 2 pizzas and a separate chilli/Garlic. The lady who took my call was extremely pleasant, which makes a change. After an hour I phoned to see when to expect the pizza and I was told it had not left yet. An hour and a half after ordering, I received the COLD pizzas - NO CHILLI GARLIC. If you cannot provide a delivery service, don't offer it. Simple.
