not educating their patrons on their kids eat free

we go to mimmo's because of the kids eat free on Sunday's, we know that T&C'S DO APPLY. The hostess seated us gave us our menu's and asked us if we wanted the kids menu as well, 1st person did not tell us that they have discontinued the kids special. Placed our order with the waiter who was the 2nd person that didn't inform us. when I received my bill I queried it with the waiter, who rep**** that they stopped that deal 2 months ago. which is a blatant lie. we where there beginning of May the special was still running and again on Mother Day, the waiter told us that due to Mothers day they are not running the deal, which is all well and good. my family and I frequent mimmos. the kids menu still has the special on it. My concern is that how many patrons are getting ********** by not actually looking at their bill.
