My son never got his meal

On Sunday 28 June 2015 we went for lunch. We went to the Mimmos at Forest Hill Mall. Ordered - kiddies Vienna and chips for my son.Our food came within 20mins of ordering but the waitress did not bring my sons food. When we asked her she said that as it is Kids eat free Sunday they are very busy with the kids meals and then just left. We understood and patiently waited for my sons food.After another 20 odd minutes went by we had finished our food and had still NOT received my son's food.I was very upset and disappointed by this time. The waitress did not even have the decency to come back and update us.We eventually went to the till to ask her for his food and the bill.His food was still not ready!We asked to see the manager.We asked how long it takes to make the kiddies meal and he said up to 22minutes on a busy day.We mentioned that we had been there almost an hour and still had not gotten my son's food.The manager checked something on his computer and told us we were only there for 47mins and not an hour.He was extremely rude.After telling us this he just told the waiter to give us our bill and ignored us from there on. Ended up not getting my son's food.
