Mould in the parmesan

My sister and I went to the Pavilion branch on 26 April 2016. The restaurant was busy so we were expecting to wait for the food to come. What we weren't expecting was to wait 26 minutes for drinks (a coke and a passion fruit and lemonade). Then when the food came, my sister realised that the parmesan was mouldy. The manager apologised and brought another parmesan over. Same issue. She had given me a R50 discount because I had complained about the drinks wait and I was asked to fill in a complaints form so that the owners could call me. It's been more than a week and not even a sorry. DISGUSTING!! I have photo's which I can't upload due to them being too large
