Mimmos mall@reds not helpful

I am really not happy with the way mimmos handled my problem. I hosted my son’s birthday at mimmos mall@reds on Saturday the 9th. My son’s tablet went missing as the kids were playing with the games they have in store. He said he forgot it by the games side and when went back there it was gone. Don’t they have cameras in store? They were really not helpful. They said they will look for it and contact us with feedback. No one contacted me, I actually went to the store on Monday in the evening to check if they have any news and the manager contacted the other managers and said no one has seen the tablet ?. I feel they have the ‘I don’t care ??♀️ ‘ attitude ?
