Mimmos Centurion very disappointing

I recently complained about the Centurion branch of Mimmos. Ordered grilled calamari and rustic chips. The calamari had no grill marks on them, tough and bland. Asked for crispy chips, received bland, blond chips, tasted liked boiled potatoes! Not impressed as this is a pricey meal. The manager did call me and apologised. Tonight I ordered the chicken wing starter, again very bland, buffalo basting was watery and the chicken was not basted at all. Chicken was tough and tasteless, no grill marks once again. Sad to say, I have been a Mimmos supporter for many years, but at their prices, definitely not worth it!
