Mimmos Bassonia Pathetic Food and Service!

Mimmos Bassonia served us the most horrific meal last night. We barely ate our food. When we took it up with the store manager / owner, he had a no care attitude. Simply said sorry and brought us the bill. Charged us R500 and didn’t even attempt to rectify the situation. I have never in my life came across such a pathetic meal or manager. I would like to know what Mimmos Head Office will do to take this up with this franchise. They bring down the reputation and Standard of this food chain. Absolutely horrified!
