Mimmo's Rosebank Horrible service tasteless food

We were a party of 5 who went for lunch at Mimmo's Rosebank at 3 pm on Saturday , upon arrival we we offered a table near the window & gas heater which we turned down as it was dirty previous patrons dishes had no yet even been moved , eventually we received a table and our waiter hastily took our drinks order which was received quickly , we order starters & mains , we sat and waited for over 40 mins for our starters we also asked more than 8 times for crayons for my daughter which never came . At this point we were beyond fuming , the manager than appear and said he would check how far our order was , another 30 + mins passed & just as we were about to get up and leave our pizza arrived , my Rustica pizza which was suppose to have chicken and bacon on it , had chicken yes but the other meaty/ porky stuff on there was not bacon , but rather what appeared to be fat or rind bits , i was disgusted by the service and even more so by the food , i love the mimmo's brand & food especially your branch at the glen , but i would advise everyone who would like to eat in a short period of time & not almost 2 hours for a simple pizza when a restaurant is empty don't eat at rosebank Mimmo's
