manager being difficult and rude

So we pay for pizza by card and the machine takes then says decline, however the money went through my account. The waiter calls the manager (Promise) and he says the card has decline and the money will reverse. I ask him for his name and signature to ensure I come to him should it not reverse..... that's when he went hostile and flashing the slip in front of us.... raising his voice. Paid cash and felt there was no need to be hostile and rude
