Living snail in a green salad

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Yesterday at around 21:00 at Mimmos restaurant in Pavilion mall I ordered a green salad, and when it was served it had a living snail in it and what shocked me the most was that the manager didn't even bother to come and apologize for the disgusting incident.</span></p>
