Light the Fires Earlier.....

Mimmos Mall@Reds. Went into this restaurant at about 11.00 am to have lunch on Friday 23rd September. Doors back and front were wide open so one would expect they were ready to serve. We ordered two pizzas and waited, and waited, after about 45 minutes we asked the waiter when they would be ready so he said they are still heating the oven. Ok waited another 15 minutes and then pizzas arrived. They were not hot as you would expect coming from a flaming oven, the base was limp in the middle, cheese just melted, all the results of an oven not at the right temperature, and the vegetarian version was loaded with a mountain of raw onions. These completely overpowered the whole pizza. Why open your doors if your main cooking appliance is not ready? Or just inform the customer that they are in for a bit of a wait so they can decide whether to stay or go. We also had the cleaner mopping around our feet. Otherwise pizzas ok, waiter was friendly but we wont go back as I believe this to be bad management.
